Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP)
Free, nurse-led home care for qualifying Medicaid children
About GAPP
What is the GAPP Program?
GAPP is a Medicaid program for medically-qualified children under the age of 21. Eligibility for the program is based on medical necessity and the need for skilled nursing and/or personal care support services.
The Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) services children over the age of 5 for unskilled services. Children under the age of 5 require skilled home care nursing care and must currently be receiving physician ordered services to be considered eligible for this program.
